AdStocks is a software for parts management. It allows you to manage parts (identification, threshold, purchasing policy, barcodes, locations, etc.), exit vouchers (to what, by whom, etc.), stores, inventories (by stores, families, barcode readers, etc.), orders, suppliers, budgets, third-party ratings, barcodes (definition and printing of labels, reading by handheld readers and programmable readers). It follows all the movements of entries and exits of the parts, and finds the complete histories. AdStocks prints all the necessary reports (stocks, orders, history, etc.) and draws up multi-criteria reports.

Environmental management will make it possible to define all the basic elements of the software, in particular the elements towards which parts will be removed, the people who will remove them and the suppliers to whom orders can be placed.

Inventory and purchasing management makes it possible to define the parts to be managed and the stores.

AdStocks allows you to create orders and manage their reception, to use inventories (they can be of several types, including rotating with inventory frequency or from barcode readings in stores).

In addition to the classic functions of editing price requests or orders, AdStocks offers graphical order analysis. Analyses can be established by third party, by month or by load centre.

AdStocks also allows suppliers to be rated.

The part output functions allow you to prepare future movements, calculate part requirements (so you can anticipate purchases, in addition to using thresholds), and enter actual outputs on vouchers. For this purpose, we use BS (exit vouchers) which all the information concerning the movement, recipient and requester, as well as the list of parts, quantities and prices.

These movements can be performed via programmable and imported barcode readers.
