Weo manages the details of your Customer and Supplier s, as well as those of your Representatives: Purchase Prices, Selling Prices, Valued Stock and Digital Images (photos) The Purchasing module manages your Price Requests from your Suppliers, issues your Purchase Orders, manages Planning and Receipt Forms, the Sales module allows you to manage Quotes issued to your customers, Orders received, Delivery Planning. The Invoicing module issues Customer Invoices based on the selected BLs (it is also possible to trigger an invoice manually). Many standard statistics are available in this module: you can for example follow the evolution of your turnover in real time, you can export your invoices to an ing management system such as Ciel, Saari,… You can print all the documents Ordering, BLs invoices locally but also send them by e-mail directly from Weo. Weo has its own Document Management system which ensures the storage and Archiving of all the documents related to your activity, the Traceability module allows to follow all the Stock movements.
